I first went to All’antico Vinaio in Florence in 2013 and sadly this couldn’t have been farther from that experience. The staff were friendly but because of how popular the place is the sandwiches are made with zero love in quite a messy environment.

Even a mention to the cleaning lady upstairs from man power company, it was her first day and she was nice. A team of people like you all that are friendly and inviting, make us want...
