Good night, with all my respect, not a hater at all but… so in Italy, Verona local people just so friendly and amazing, but when I wen to Amido it was around 21:10 restaurant close at 21:30, the person who was working in the front saw me go inside because it was empty , so it was just me and my girlfriend, don’t talk with us, look at us and turn the face, looking upset, when we order the food I mistake a little bit my order because of the pasta but in the end everything ok the order was correct, when we went eat after 5m we open the pasta, and it was a mess, we order two carbonaras, and both of them it was so dry so dry, I promise 100000% that carbonara don’t was mix with the traditional sauce made with egg and traditional chees, it was literally boiled pasta with pancetta, that neither should be call pancetta because it was just fat, I even have picture. NEVER , maybe I was unlucky, maybe in other day could be better , but in my personal opinion it was more because already being late and the staff don t want to do it properly. Quando ho saputo che questo locale di pasta fresca esisteva, ero felice. Purtroppo, ho presto cambiato idea.

Infatti, lavoro nella zona e quando ho scoperto Amido, ero molto contento di trovare un locale di pasta fresca con una così ampia scelta di salse.
