Brusco Panini — Restaurant in Verona

Unfortunately, the opening hours are not updated, nor is there any sign of why it was closed on a Sunday at 18:30. We arrived and despite it being "open" on Google Maps till 19:30, it looked like the picture I uploaded. We really wanted to try their foccaccias and went specifically to the place to try them.

(Response to owner) Given the quick response, I would assume that going on Google to quickly change the opening hours to "Closed" shouldn't be much trouble. It'd be very much appreciated if next time a sign was left on the door and opening hous were updated. It'd helpful to customers to understand whether it's just a one-time thing or not, and...

These sandwiches were genuinely life changing. We got the Mediterranea (prosciutto, mozzerella, tomatoes and basil pesto) and the Giulietta (mortadella, stracciatella cheese, pistachio cream). The sandwiches may take a little longer than a grab and go, but the gentleman behind the counter puts a lot of care into each sandwich and grills each homemade focaccia before loading it with the delicious filling. Went in for lunch (28th March at about 12:00), the man who served us was a different man to the one on some of the review photos, he had an earpiece in, he was not very talkative.

He opened the rubbish bin about 5 times with his hands and then carried on making the sandwich with the same gloves. He then was cleaning up and went to take off his glove and then realised the sandwich was still in the toaster so he just blew air into the glove and put it back on.
