Love this spot! We found Amo on Google and we are so glad we did. It’s an absolutely gorgeous restaurant located next to an art museum (that is currently being restored). The building has been restored with pure elegance and the food is divine. It has really fun paintings on the wall and great music. It’s a Italian-Asian fusion concept that I was a little wary of, but it was amazing. We order the tuna bon mi and the Japanese shrimp. For entrees we ordered the Sardinian pasta and the ramen. Both were loaded with flavor. We paired the food with a Bardolino Bianco. We were too full for dessert, but they looked amazing too. The team that works there is so kind, answering all of our questions, and super professional. Highly recommend!

What a gem. In the heart of Verona, a restaurant that combines the traditional flavors and techniques with Japanese notes. Giacomo made sure that we felt right at home, telling us about the history of the building (pretty spectacular one at that), suggesting the right wine pairing, and making sure that we always got what we wanted within a minute. Me and my wife went for a light dinner (lemon tagliatelle with both raw and cooked scampi for her, flank steak for me) with dessert and a couple of glasses of magnificent wine. While definitely on the pricier side for Verona, still far below what a similar experience would cost in Florence or Rome. We will be returning tonight for their tasting menu!

Such a hidden gem in Verona; we stumbled across this beautiful place having landed late and looking for somewhere to eat after 11pm. We got to Amo at 11.15pm and was told the kitchen closes at 11pm, seeing the disappointment on our faces the waiter said, “we can serve you cheese and cold cuts” and we were super hungry and so happy with that. We were seated and Ivan came out with menus and said, “I spoke to the chef and they said if you order very quickly we can serve you pasta” - amazing hospitality and service, delicious food and a great ambiance. Definitely a must try. Thank you so much Ivan for making our first night in Verona wonderful!

The "Amo Bistrot" in Verona presents itself as a true discovery for gourmets in search of authentic taste experiences. As we entered the charming courtyard, we were immediately enveloped in an atmosphere of relaxation and indulgence.

The cuisine at Amo Bistrot surprises with a successful fusion of different international influences. The dishes are creatively composed and cover an impressive range of flavors. Each dish is a testament to the passion and skill of the kitchen crew. The carefully selected drinks menu perfectly complements the culinary offerings and provides the right accompaniment for every course.

Particularly noteworthy are the desserts, which are the true crowning glory of every visit. Breathtakingly delicious sums it up perfectly - the sweet creations are a feast for all the senses and are worth a visit in themselves.

The restaurant's inner courtyard deserves a special mention. Here you dine in a mega relaxing environment that invites you to linger and provides the perfect setting for culinary delights. The service complements the positive overall experience with friendliness and attentiveness. The staff strike the right balance between presence and restraint.

Amo Bistrot has proven to be a real highlight in Verona's gastronomic landscape. The combination of innovative cuisine, relaxed ambience and attentive service makes it a top address for any visitor to Verona. The firm intention to return speaks for itself - this restaurant leaves a lasting impression and makes...

I gave Amo 5 stars as its the maximum, I really feel this lovely, intimate restaurant should be awarded more. It's in a secluded location approximately 80 Yds from Piazza Erbe. The location is beautifully designed, in an inside/outside style, when entering you are undercover, leading to an exposed courtyard, then inside once again, leading to a large courtyard, all beautifully appointed. Service second to non! friendly, attentive and willing. Excellent wine selections, easily paired with any food selection you might make. Food, we had a fish dish, a meat dish, and Gyoza as a starter. Absolutely superb! beautifully cooked and presented, and so-so delicious. Value, again excellent, the wine was 50% of our total, so totally avoidable. Kudos to the chef, staff, location and owners. Great job, and one we...
