These guys know what they are doing. I'm a real Negroni drinker, I mean 5 to 10/week for the last 10+ years. I've tried many variations and combinations and these guys managed to impress me. From the process to chill the glass, to the way they stir the cocktail to the quality and variety of products they use! Everything or almost was 5 stars...yup almost, I wished I had a single large perfect ice cube with no white clouds...still you deserve a 5 stars, no doubts! PS: thanks for the restaurant...

Super nice bar with good atmosphere and cocktails propositions. We are especially touched by how friendly and helpful the staffs are. We left our bag in the bar late evening, and only realized the next day when we need to catch an early train. We contacted the bar in panic because they are normally closed in the morning. Overrated. Tiny place with only a couple of small tables with stools and no snacks with drinks (not that we needed them but almost everywhere else give you crisps at a minimum) which were slightly more expensive and not as good as elsewhere. That said, I appreciate the owner's response and am therefore revising my review to say that had we understood that the concept was to find the right signature drink, we may have ordered differently and had a better experience.
