I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks in Verona. We ordered a chocolate croissant, a tramezzini, and two coffees. The coffees were brought to us, but the food never arrived. We waited for about 15–20 minutes, and when we went to ask, our order wasn’t even being prepared. By then, we had already finished our coffees while waiting for the food.
When we complained, we were told the chocolate croissant we had ordered was no longer available, so they replaced it with something else that wasn’t the same product and didn’t cost the same—without any attempt to compensate for the mistake.
On top of the poor service, what made the experience worse was how the manager treated a trainee. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager scolded him in front of customers, speaking to him in a very unpleasant tone and even sending him off to a corner as if he were a child. It was uncomfortable to watch and unprofessional.
If you’re looking for a coffee or a snack in this area, I would honestly recommend going somewhere else or only stopping by when it’s very quiet. Even though it wasn’t peak hours, the staff seemed completely disorganized and unable to manage...

Read moreI have tried being here 10 times and I have never had a drink that I say that is perfect and taste well. the tastes are too much neutral while the ones in the u.s or even in milan taste better. There was a woman fighting with the cashier just because she made a small mistake and it gave us a negative energy. I am not sure id that woman was the head or not but she was overreacting and the cashier tried to explain the matter to her and she ignored even listening to her and started whispering with another colleague about the cashier. Is that too much expectation to ask the woman not react that much in front of everyone??? I had a feeling that the workers are under the pressure while every head or manager should control and behave themselves. hope not to see these behaviors anymore. I gave three star to those nice workers and the...
