The sushi food was good but I think the manner to treat foreigners are so bad. The miso soup was delivered so late. It took 40 min after the sushi came out to us. They didn't say SORRY at all. So I asked that I would leave but they said the soup was ready to us but they charged to us also it was so late. We speak no Japanese and were happy that the wait staff spoke enough for us to place our order! I saw a review that the miso soup took time to arrive, and the same happened with us, but I think it’s because they prepare it fresh each time it’s ordered. I’d say the craftsmanship was better than the actual flavour. If you like plain sushi then you’re going to be happy. It could have done with more flavour inside the rolls themselves. They were clearly going for a “fresh taste” and it absolutely nailed that.
The tempora was the lightest fry I’ve had in Kyushu so far, quite special actually. The vegetable ones weren’t great in flavour but the actual crisp was spot on.
