I dislike giving bad reviews, but unfortunately, the bad outweighs the good here. The best part of the meal was the ¥500 salad/soup bar. The curry and rice were very good, the curry had loads of beef in it, and I could see myself coming again for just hamburger curry. The dressing selection was quite nice The bad... management is slacking attention to details. Many of the knives, forks, and spoons were dirty. I had some food stuff stuck to the bottom of my salad plate. 🤢 And the poor frozen cauliflower was so soft it should have been thrown in the trash. The whole place just seemed to have a sense of neglect. The ¥5000 T-bone steaks for me and my friend were both undercooked. No rendering on the fat cap and nearly raw near the bone. Absolutely no attempt to season the steak with minimal salt/pepper prior to cooking. The top of the steak should have been more cooked for that BBQ flavor. For a steakhouse, I expect more. Service wasn't bad, but then again, it is nearly nonexistent. Had the salad bar been included with the this would have bumped the entire experience up a start... as it is right now, it is the only one keeping me from dropping the stars all the way to one star.

I visited specifically this branch of Jumbo Steak Han’s in America Village after a long day, opting for the Rib Eye Steak (240g) (¥3520) with an All-You-Can-Drink Beverage add-on (+¥440), which included ice cream. The steak was thick and juicy, but slightly uneven in some parts, making it more medium than the requested medium rare. The beefy flavour was strong but not fully satisfying, though the in-house sauces helped enhance the taste. It was still a good and filling meal tho. I also added the Free Flow Salad, Soup, Curry, and Rice Station (+¥550). The salad was basic, the clam chowder got flavour but too watery, but the Beef Curry stood out with its rich, meaty flavour. To end, I enjoyed a refreshing Shiiquasa Sorbet from Blue Seal, a perfect citrusy treat!

I got a 600g Rump Steak, which is not bad. But nothing special about it. Regular steak but no surprise which is not a bad thing. The staff forgot to give us a fork and knife, and we just had to order food with the iPad, not much comment for the service. Tight area, but overall is clean. If you have nowhere to go and want to have steak with your bros, you can come here. But I will not choose this place if I'm eating alone.
