Masuo Restaurant — Restaurant in Chatan

Two days ago we walked past here thinking of trying it, but they weren’t open yet and we had another dinner destination already with some family. Last night we were wondering where to eat and had thought of just a cheap meal at Lawson’s or find a place on the way back to the hotel. As we walked a nice lady showed us the menu and talked us into dining at her place ( in Japanese) and when we got to the restaurant, we were like, “oh this place!” In coincidental surprise. And to our surprise, we were quite happy to have gone in and dined there. Food was good and I was able to order a half portion rice for my hamburger steak with mushrooms. It came with a nice small salad so my meal was balanced. We also ordered some wagyu skewers with fresh wasabi and that was very gooood too! The place is settled behind a grill Yakiniku place, so don’t get it mixed up...

美浜アメリカンビレッジ内にあるハンバーグを主体とした料理を提供する小ぢんまりとしたレストランです。メインディッシュのほとんどはハンバーグで、デミグラスソース、トマトソースやチーズ等がトッピングされている等様々なバリエーションを楽しむことができますが、カットステーキなどのハンバーグ以外の肉料理やサラダなどのアラカルトメニューも豊富に取り揃えています。柔らかくしっかりと拵えられており、（ソース等の）味付けも薄すぎず濃すぎず丁度いい仕上がりでした。一部の提供料理には金粉が散りばめられており、見た目も楽しむことができます。 小ぢんまりとしたレストランであるため、席数は20席もありません。大人数での利用はあまり向きません。しっかりと調理された料理が給仕されるため、客が少ない状況でも注文から給仕までやや時間を要します。そのため、混雑している時間帯はより時間を要する可能性があります。一方で、調理時の排煙システムが不十分だからか、客席スペースに煙が充満することがあります。

Located in Mihama American Village, this cozy restaurant serves mainly hamburger meals. Most of the main dishes are hamburgers, with a variety of toppings such as demi-glace sauce, tomato sauce, and cheese, but there is also a wide selection of a la carte dishes such as cut steaks, other meat dishes and salads. The hamburgers are tender and well prepared, and the seasoning (sauce, etc.) is just right, neither too light nor too strong. Some of the dishes are sprinkled with gold dust for visual enjoyment. As a small restaurant, the seats are not more than 20. It's not suitable for large groups. Because the dishes are well prepared and served, it takes some time from ordering to serving, even when there are few customers. Therefore, it may take more time during busy times. Moreover, smoke sometimes fills the seating area, perhaps due to an inadequate smoke exhaust system...

Opted for Lunch combo Hamburg steak + 60g steak. JPY 5,280 for x2 lunch combo + 1 beer.

This place specialises in A5 Wagyu Steak was delicious, and because wagyu is such a fatty meat, 60g is just nice Hamburg steak was exceptionally tasty as well!! Tomato sauce was delicious. Even the veggies were perfectly cooked Parking is right across the road, though...
