Stayed in the hotel overnight... and i did not want it to end! The check in went on smoothly and the receptionist guy is very kind. Kinda bummed a little as they donโt allow late check out. They will instantly charge you half day from 1-3pm check out and a days charge if beyond. Oh well. I wasnโt able to book a room on the ladies floor but was pleasantly shocked when they put me into one... it added extra security for me. ||The room is your normal Japanese hotel that is small but functional. The bed is comfy, the floor is clean, the bathroom is spacious. The best part in being checked in on the ladies floor? The free stuffs for your beauty regimen! Very nice! The room i got does not have a view... the window is frosted coz i think my room is facing the other building... so no room view photos. ||The place is a min walk from Hakata station where there is an underground shopping mall and several big malls nearby as well. Food is abundant in the area of the hotel and is very safe to walk around even late at night! Family mart is in the bldg, a daiso store is a block away, a pharmacy is inside the train station and starbucks is a few mins walk away. Hakata is one of the main train station in Fukuoka. Shinkansen and several lines stop here. It also has a line thatโll bring you straight to Fukuoka Airport. If you donโt want to take the train, a bus station is just nearby as well. VERY convenient!! ||For the price... its ok. Youโre getting more than what you pay for! Its worth it and i HIGHLY recommend this hotel if youโll be visiting Fukuoka! Itโs one of the hotels that exudes comfort. ||What i wish theyโll change? Please consider late check out. Even until 2pm... please! Just for those who have a late flight! Would really make your hotel from 4.75 to 5.5! Haha! Kidding aside, keep up the great work with good customer service and high...
ย ย ย Read moremy room was large and roomy, lots of space to move around. seems like a semi-double bed and was very very comfortable. wi-fi was fast and easy to connect. bathroom had a large tub and was big. aircon was in Japanese, but easy to use. wardrobe was large. all the staff were nice, especially the front desk and house cleaners, they will greet you whenever you come in and/or go out. the room was clean and tidy. it had all the amenities you need during your stay: coffee/tea machine, fridge, toiletries, slippers, sofa with a small coffee table, study desk with a luggage rack, alarm clock with built in radio. also, there is a family mart convenience store right at the entrance of the hotel. location of the hotel is very convenient, with hakata station, hakata bus terminal, restaurants and amu plaza shopping mall right next to the hotel. breakfast buffet was in a restaurant, which is in the hotel, had a variety of options. also, once the room is reserved, checking in and out was easy and hassle-free.
downside: the room had a window, which was facing a brick wall, so no naturally light can come into the room. all the lights were working, but still very dark in my opinion. TV didnt have any international channels.
overall, I did enjoy my stay. I would recommend others...
ย ย ย Read moreFirst of all, the one on Ctrip is not the same as on Google. The appearance of Google is as shown in the picture. I donโt know who is taking the lead. I believe in Google even more. After all, I rely on Google when I go around the world. The reviews here are all very poor and it is impossible for the hotel to have such a high rating. I have stayed in dozens of Japanese hotels for almost three months of the year, and there are few such bad hotels in Japan. It's so bad that I can't even complain. If you donโt want it to be dark and claustrophobic, if you donโt want poor front desk service, if you donโt want the room to be so noisy that you canโt sleep (because the exhaust fan in the bathroom runs 24 hours a day and canโt be turned off), if you donโt want it, even facial cleanser is provided in the room, and some are not given (I donโt know why) Ctrip didnโt give it to me) Even facial cleanser is treated differently. Could it be that some people living here donโt want to wash their face? Such a frivolous approach is not the style of...
