I chanced upon this and the cosy atmosphere and chill jazz music was enough to lure me in and the a5 fillet ,recommended by staff slayed,. Served on hot plate and it melted in mouth right when eaten . The staff lady was very kind and attentive .me being non Japanese and visiting she showed true Japanese hospitality. It's places like these that one shud experience when on travel as they tend to elevate the experiences. We stumbled upon Bevu Steak and Bar in a shotengai while exploring Fukuoka Old Town. The place is within walking distance of Canal City. The lemon steaks were awesome and extremely tender. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The server spoke no English but this nothing having Google Translate cannot solve! Food is extremely yummy and the service us great despite the language barriers.
