Wonderful, personal vibe with excellently prepared cuts. I don't want to spell the handsome-mustache brothers' names wrong, so I will use their abbreviations in this review. H and M run this restaurant with passion and made us feel comfortable and attended to the entire time. They greeted us before we even opened the door since we reserved an earlier slot in the day and were first to arrive for the dinner shift. They laid out various cuts and drinks and advised us on their menu and recommendations and were patient answering questions.
We came as a couple, with my partner speaking basic conversational Japanese. I used Google translate camera for the menu and some working knowledge of some Kanji (mostly the former). If you do not know what to order, I would advise the comprehensive steak bowl (last entree in the meat section which comes with rice), grilled vegetables, and maybe the custom cut of steak charged by weight. We also had bean sprouts as an appetizer with our drinks while waiting for the main course.
The custom cut had a thin crispy crust and melty marbled interior, which was highly satisfying to indulge in. There was an array of curated condiments to go with it which did not overpower the star of the show, and lent just enough additional intrigue to the palate.
The lemon highball was a nice no-frills simple refreshing drink to start (our first time having it and realizing why it's popular here), and I personally liked the 大地 dry daiginjo sake very much to follow.
We would definitely come again if we are in the area again to try different entrees (or order the same). The body language and vibes of these two restaurateurs...

I went for lunch, even though I had originally planned to go for dinner. To go for lunch, I consider myself lucky because I had the opportunity to try the lunch set that day.
From 12:00-15:00, the lunch set served with salad is a BEEF PASTA that selects the best beef, Akaushi from Kumamoto, and BEEF RAMEN with a delicious broth made from premium Osaki Wagyu beef bones. The Osaki is premium black hair wagyu from Miyazaki.
In addition to the set lunch, the restaurant also offers a variety of all day a la carte dishes. I ordered the Ozaki beef steak, which was served with wasabi and salt. The steak is super tender juicy. 👍👍
For drink: There are a wide selection of drinks. I ordered the Lemon Sawa, which uses vodka as the alcohol base into fresh green lemon. It is so amazing refreshing note. I also ordered a highball made with a special liquor that fermented Ozaki beef bones. The taste was amazing. It was rich aroma and smooth. This restaurant is truly outstanding. It's on my must-go list when I visit Fukuoka again.
🩷🩵To this day, I still dream of the umami flavor of the ramen dish ...the Ozaki beef ramen soup.
🙏Thank you to the chef for making delicious food, carefully selecting the best ingredients and preparing them with meticulous steps until the food comes out this great. It is my...
Read moreAn amazing experience. Italian inspired with japanese precision. Sampled several dishes om the menu. Excellent waygu carpaccio with the spicy organic arugula, a sort of Alfredo with japanese twist which was surprising and delicious. The tomahawk is out of this world. Possibly best beef I have ever tasted (and I am Argentine, so quite hard to admit this). Excellent wine list with many natural wines. Don't miss...
