I am a very strong regular at Starbucks everywhere in Hiroshima.I most often go to Mitsukoshi Starbucks. Today at this particular store I asked for water in a plastic cup but was refused by staff in a rude manner . Mitsukoshi staff are always happy to accommodate their customers but this store seems different. I won't be coming here again due to rude service and unprofessional staff. I finally got the water in the plastic cup . They offered me the small paper cups and wanted to give me 4 of these to carry back to my table. Is the use of 4 paper cups sustainable action on the environment?? Ridiculous situation. I also see in the reviews another customer was refused orange juice because of ridiculous rules. Went here for breakfast. Asked if they had orange juice. Yes. She then shows me that it’s in a can, so I ask is it normal orange juice 100% (I don’t want Fanta or some sugar chemical orange drink) so she goes to check.
