I would come here again, but only if no line. There tends to be a line from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.

The grill on the pork was fantastic. I asked for medium noodles and feel like I got extra large portion of noodles. It was so much noodles I could not finish and not enough broth. I think if just the ramen then I am good, but with Char Siu it was too much noodles and not enough broth.

All parts of the ramen was well done, the broth and pork was the best part.

The workers are very diligent, focused to try and get customers food fast. I appreciate their hard work.

The cost for ramen is 950. For extra Char Siu ramen it is 1450. I think the pork is the best part, given it is grilled and caramelized from the flames.

They do not accept anything but cash, vending machine. Also make sure to buy a ticket before getting in line. I had to wait in line again because I waited in line before...

I've eaten a lot of ramen across Japan and the world, many famous places, chains, small shots in mountain towns, Michelin stars... I don't exactly know why, but this is the best ramen I've ever had. It was an incredible combination of fish broth and tonkotsu, the pork belly was insatiable, noodles perfect, price easy to handle, beer flowing.
