I would come here again, but only if no line. There tends to be a line from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM.
The grill on the pork was fantastic. I asked for medium noodles and feel like I got extra large portion of noodles. It was so much noodles I could not finish and not enough broth. I think if just the ramen then I am good, but with Char Siu it was too much noodles and not enough broth.
All parts of the ramen was well done, the broth and pork was the best part.
The workers are very diligent, focused to try and get customers food fast. I appreciate their hard work.
The cost for ramen is 950. For extra Char Siu ramen it is 1450. I think the pork is the best part, given it is grilled and caramelized from the flames.
