The Cheeky Pub House was our ‘local’ while we were staying nearby at The Cross Hotel. Local craft beers on tap were great, not as busy as some of places on Pontocho so you could relax a bit more. The owner was friendly and we had great service each visit.

Amazing craft beers, very cool music and the bartenders were all really friendly and helpful. The bacon in particular went down a treat with the beers. Will definitely return next time we’re in Kyoto

Nice place to enjoy a craft beer from the Kyoto area. Six on tap (I mean 5, the last one is Asahi). I discovered Two Rabbits brewery. Excellent imperial IPA and hazy session IPA. We didn't try the food but we enjoyed the music and discovered a japanese band. Recommand this place to enjoy a drink. Pint : 1200 ¥ (seems legit in Kyoto for a...
