**A Taste of Home in Japan - New Taj Mahal Everest is a Must-Try!** Being in Japan for two years, it's often hard to find that authentic taste of Indian food that brings back memories of home. But "New Taj Mahal Everest" exceeded all our expectations and truly delivered a memorable dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere put us at ease. The menu offered a wide range of options, but as vegetarians, we were thrilled to see such a great selection of wholesome dishes. We started with the salad, which was fresh, crisp, and beautifully presented. It was simple, but somehow felt like the perfect start to the meal. The highlight for us, however, was the *tawa roti*. It was such an unexpected and delightful surprise. The roti was soft, warm, and perfectly cooked on a traditional flat iron pan, giving it an authentic homemade feel. It’s rare to find *tawa roti* in restaurants here, so this special touch really elevated the experience for us. We ordered two classic dishes: *daal makhni* and *aalo matar*. The *daal makhni* was rich and creamy, with the perfect balance of spices and that smoky depth you expect from slow-cooked lentils. The *aalo matar* was equally delicious, with tender potatoes and peas in a flavorful gravy that reminded us of home-cooked meals. Both dishes were served in generous portions, and together with the *tawa roti*, it was a perfect combination. For Indians living abroad, finding such authentic, heartwarming vegetarian food is truly a blessing. Every bite was like a little piece of heaven. The flavors were spot on, the food felt freshly made, and the service was friendly and attentive. Whether you’re craving something simple and traditional or looking for a taste of home, "New Taj Mahal Everest" is a must-visit. It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience that reminds you of the comfort and joy of Indian food. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially vegetarians seeking an authentic and wholesome meal in Japan! Happy dining ❣️♥️

We had a delightful experience at NEW TAJMAHAL EVEREST. The food was absolutely delicious—Matar Paneer was mouth-watering with rich flavors, and the Plain Tawa Roti was perfectly soft. The Jeera Rice was well-cooked and complemented the meal wonderfully. The Omelette was also quite good, adding a nice variety to the meal. The salad, while decent, could use a bit more lettuce, though the presentation was visually appealing. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff and incredibly fast service. The welcoming behavior and flavorsome dishes make me eager to visit again. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving authentic Indian food in Japan!

Great place! Great service and most importantly great food! The menu is varied and the food is REALLY GOOD! We will definitely come again and recommend our friends about this place. The waitress are really pleasant and helpful with every question Really loved the Nepali soupcurry lunch, the avocado salad, butter chicken lunch, butter chicken udon and the garlic cheese nan! You can choose a different spicy and sweetness level. If you wand good Indian food and eat something different in Japan, we will definitely recommend this place! The menu we added is only lunch menu and there are plenty more dishes you can choose from the main menu!
