Read moreThis is one of the better ramens i’ve had! The broth is on the saltier side, but it’s not to the point where you can’t enjoy it. It quite reminds me of the slightly stronger (hakata) ramens found in fukouka (but a milder version). The menu is intuitive enough to order and the staff are friendly. I got the cha-shu ramen with kaarage on the side with a highball. The cha-shu was soooo tender and broke apart as you ate it but firm enough to pick it up. So so so good.
