Food and drinks are horrible. The cafe latte I ordered was just milk. A small cup of black coffee was over ¥500. They also don’t have any stock of anything. No forks, no knives, no tissue, no water. I had to use a spoon to eat a cake. They also “ran out” of cocoa powder for the tiramisu cake, but continued to sell it despite that fact.
They would also announce order numbers over a PA system with ear-splitting volume because the majority of patrons sit outside, so if you sit inside, you’ll develop a headache after 5 minutes.
Considering it’s a pandemic now—which requires good sanitary measures—they never clean tables after patrons leave. They leave a small bottle of alcohol and expect customers to clean up after themselves, which they never do anyway.

When I realised the ice cream was missing, the lady staff that spoke fluent English said that the male cashier could not understand English. Seem that he was the one that showed me the option and repeated to me that I wanted carrot cake with ice cream set.

Seating is available indoors and out by the riverside. Indoor seating itself feels quite spacious, but you can may prefer outdoor seating if the weather is nice.
They serve their food in a cardboard box that I think they actively recycle, so don't toss it in the trash with all the other trash...
