ごま中華 喜界星【北浜駅前店】 — Restaurant in Osaka

This is a Chinese restaurant located in Kitahama. The owner is a former sumo wrestler. They offer a special 'Sesame Chinese' cuisine that uses precious sesame from Kikai Island generously. I always visit here with my family and friends.

This time, my 11-year-old son had a special request, so it was just the two of us guys visiting. The dim sum selection here is quite extensive, and it's my son's favorite. We always start with the drool-worthy chicken, which is somewhat spicy, but the homemade chili oil 'TaBeRa' and other chili oils here are incredibly delicious.

The pan-fried dumplings are also delicious, but be careful not to burn yourself. Additionally, this season is 'Shanghai Crab' season, so we tried the pickled Shanghai crab as well. It's marinated in Shaoxing wine, so my son couldn't have it, but he enjoyed the Shanghai crab spring rolls instead.

We planned to finish with the usual sesame-rich dan dan noodles, but we were too full. The dining room is managed by the owner's wife and has a warm and homely atmosphere. It's definitely a place you should visit at...

We ate here for dinner in July 2019. It is a tiny restaurant but the food is awesome. We had 2 different ramen bowls and they were delicous. Fresh made and fast served. 少し前にテレビ番組で出ていたお店。 千代の富士のお弟子さんでしたが怪我の為に相撲を諦めたとか。

元力士がちゃんこ屋さんを出すのはよく見かけますが担々麺とは素晴らしい^_^ テレビ放映以後にちよくちょく前を通るのですがいつも10人くらいの行列が。

ところがたまたま通ったこの日は1人だけ。 めちゃくちゃラッキーだったので即並びました。

待ってる間にメニューを見て考えます。 こちらでは胡麻にこだわっていて喜界島産の胡麻を使っています。

100%使ったものは1500円、喜界島産と輸入胡麻を50%づつ使ったブレンドは1000円で食べれます。 担々麺で1500円はさすがに躊躇しますね。

私はとりあえずブレンドかな。 待つこと5分で店内へ。

こちらは前金制なので入ってすぐのレジで代金を払います。 1番奥のカウンター席に案内されましたが、店内は超絶狭い、汗

奥まで行くのに身体を横向きにしてカニ歩き。 今は冬場でコートを着ているのでなおさら辛い。

奥まで着いたらコートを脱ぐのにも狭くてなかなか脱げない。 なんとか脱げたらハンガーが恐ろしく高い位置にある、笑

なので私は何とか掛けれたが女性は椅子に乗らないと届かないです。 と、店に入ったら驚くことばかりでした、笑

カウンターに座ってしばらくすると担々麺が出てきました。 玄米入りご飯はセルフで食べ放題ですよ、と行ってくれた後に、狭いのでお取りしましょうか？と
