⭐︎A fusion of emotion! Chinese bliss woven with art and craftsmanship
The other day, I visited atelier HANADA for the first time. From the moment I stepped inside, I was excited by the sophisticated space and pleasant vitality.
First of all, when the food was brought to me, I was taken aback by its beauty. It goes without saying that Chef Hanada's outstanding skills give a sense of the depth of traditional Chinese cuisine, but what is particularly noteworthy is the painting-like plate drawn by pastry chef Ishikawa.
Flowers, birds, wind and moon painted with delicate brushstrokes, a scene from a story expressed in vivid colors. It went beyond the framework of a simple plate and appeared to me as a work of art. The pastry chef's rare aesthetic sense and deep love for ingredients are conveyed to me.
Of course, it's not just the beauty of the appearance. The moment you put it in your mouth, the deep and profound taste of Chef Hanada's skilled technique shines through, and the delicate and elegant taste that follows leaves you with a blissful aftertaste. Each dish complemented the others, delivering an experience far beyond our imagination. Atelier HANADA is a truly one-of-a-kind restaurant that fuses the tradition, innovation and artistry of Chinese cuisine. Every visit, whether it's for a special occasion or just an everyday meal, will provide new discoveries and excitement. I truly hope that many people will have the opportunity to experience this wonderful experience. I will definitely return in the...
