Bambi — Restaurant in Osaka

Went as a group of four foreigners. For some odd reason they wanted us to pay as pairs instead of individually, but we asked if we could pay individually. However the tencho refused and said we could leave if we didn’t like it. Despite the rude behavior, we paid anyways. Majority of the club goers were Japanese, seemed like a popular club. I don’t know if it is usually like it, but the music selection was very poor in my opinion. Imagine listening to “make that azz clap” in a club with 80% percent dudes in there. Even the girls were just standing still, that’s how hard it was to vibe to the music. They were playing a mix of genres that were remixed from hip hop to etc. Understandably they did not want people standing/hanging around the bar unless you buying a drink. Was discriminated by the club. First, they took cover charges from girls from our group despite girls were supposed to enter for free (for young Japanese girls). I spoke with a local Japanese girl that frequents clubs in Osaka and confirmed that was discrimination. Second, girls were suppose to drink for free. There was a Girl's All You Can Drink Menu written in Japanese at the bar. Despite not being Japanese, I do understand Japanese. I asked the bartender if I can get the AYCD menu because I am a girl (in Japanese). They refuse to honor that and lied to me that it's only for Birthday Girls. Our group happened to have a birthday girl but they also didn't honor that and said her birthday was before midnight.

Foreigners, avoid this club at all costs! They do not welcome foreigners at all... This is not a club...

Overall my experience was really bad. The music was kinda meh, a little bit overpriced and the management of this club is a disaster. Around 1A.M it gets really crowded and, basically they let anyone in. There were a few times when I thought there would be a man crush! The worst part were the security guards. If you try to take a rest at the side of the dance floor (Basically because you can not dance) they force you back there! They were completely rude and careless that I would be not surpised is someday...
