We discovered Hair Mission and ANNE by chance while walking around and were incredibly lucky to be welcomed as walk-in customers without a reservation. We arrived around 3 PM, and from the start, the staff were warm, professional, and so kind.

Even though we spoke English and they mainly spoke Japanese, they went out of their way using translation apps to understand and accommodate our needs. Their effort and hospitality truly stood out.

My mom had a haircut with Akiko Nishino, and she said she felt many years younger afterwards. She was deeply thankful for Akiko’s thoughtful service and careful styling. I was serviced by Nagai Kazuki, who was very efficient and skilled — he worked quickly without compromising quality and did his best to meet my expectations based on the reference photo I showed. The hair service took around 3.5 to 4 hours, but even as it ran overtime, they never rushed and remained committed to giving us the best results.

They even taught us how to style our new hair and recommended the best products to maintain the colour — incredibly helpful!

The nail art by Moca from ANNE was stunning. She is so talented and carefully painted adorable, detailed designs in a Japanese style that I absolutely loved. The craftsmanship was impressive.

Although the price was a little higher than average, it was 100% worth it for the quality, care, and overall experience. This was truly one of the best salon visits I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back next time I visit Osaka — highly recommended! Thank you Hair Mission...

We stayed at Hotel The Flag during our Osaka trip and hair Mission was just at the corner of the same street. We are absolutely pleased with the hair services provided by Totomi and Akiko!

My daughter had haircut and head spa with Akiko, and she loves the entire experience. She has never liked the cuts in Singapore but 100% approve of the haircut Akiko did for her. She also opted for head spa which was out of the world for her!

I love my new hair color so much now! Totomi is fantastic and highly recommended. I could never achieve this hair color in Singapore. Much less this high quality and affordable price point. I top up for a moisture treatment and even with this, the entire duration took only 1.5 hours!

I wish everyone has the opportunity to experience this...

Akiko Nishino cut and styled my hair. I showed some reference photos for the hairstyle I wanted and she cut my hair exactly in the style I wanted - slightly below shoulder length with layers and curtain bangs. I have a lot of hair so it usually takes a couple tries for a hairstylist to get used to cutting my hair but Akiko seemed to have figured out my hair pretty quickly. I am super, super happy with my haircut. She also taught me how to style my bangs so I really appreciated that. The staff were really nice too and offered refreshments. The salon has lockers you can place your belongings in.

10/10 would go back again if Akiko's still working at hair Mission the next time I...
