The c grill bar area no longer operates as a lobster bar. Instead, it is an oyster bar now.

In terms of quality, it’s definitely high quality. The oysters were very fresh. I liked every single dish of mine, though the portions are very tiny.

The service seemed to be a bit uncoordinated and I think it was because they just renewed it as an oyster bar. Didn’t get water until asked. First drink came after 20 minutes, appetizer at 25 minutes, and the second drink 30 minutes after ordering. There was only one other pair there when I ordered. Also, after the chef finished making our dishes, it was left sitting there behind the counter for a good 3-5 minutes since the chef didn’t notify the server and the server was at a corner that was hard to view behind the counter. OMG, I’m blown away by the whole food and experience here!!! My son who doesn’t eat fish ate the whole fish serving and I, who normally don’t eat meat realized that I actually love beef??! Also the head chef Takuya San is extremely adorable, just look at the photo and everyone here is so nice and fantastic. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! BTW, you should make a reservation if you want to eat here. First day, we couldn’t eat here as the whole week was booked out for lunch and dinner but on the second day we came back and we got really lucky to be seated cuz there was a last minute cancellation. For a 5-star hotel, you expect 5-star experiences. That wasn’t the case at the C-Grill. The wait staff were kind and friendly but the service was so slow. If you came to this place hungry, expect to starve as it was 40 minutes before the first course arrived after sitting down. Thirsty? Waited 25 minutes for the first glass of tap water. The poor people seated by the window, if it had been sunny out, half their faces would have been sunburned in the 2 hours they spent at the restaurant.
