Cafe & Ramen unchi coffee — Restaurant in Osaka

I would give this place 1 star but because it used to be a nice place I gave it 2. I used to come here almost weekly to study and do telework. I loved it here and enjoyed their coffee and ramen: It seems like a place meant for studying. I have even introduced many of my friends who wanted to study or work to this place. However now they limit to ONE, UNO, ICHI one hour! Even famous restaurants and cafes are usually 90 minutes at least. But this place that calls themselves a cafe which is good for studying now limits to one hour. One hour is not enough time to start being productive. It’s such a shame. Capitalistic greed took over this place. I will not be coming here any more which makes me sad. Also it’s not a good place to relax because it’s full of crying babies now. it’s become a housewife area so it’s great if you’re a mom with a crying baby nowadays so now it’s a one star for me. Literally the whole hour was of crying baby. Maybe it would change if I had more time but guess...

This place is a cafe and ramen shop in the basement of a large building in Umeda. It is very spacious and it’s more of a cafe vibe rather than that of a ramen shop. It has free wifi and a play-place for kids, which might be my first one seeing one. I tried their “water noodle” at a very cheap price of 7.3. Yes, it was confusing at first then I checked receipt and they charged me 730 yen. The water noodle was presented in a big mug much like how you eat standard cup noodles but with a handle. But the dish sacrificed function over form as I finished the noodle while the soup is still half cup. I had to awkwardly finish it by slurping like a hot coffee. The taste is average too.

万作を出てからGFをぶらっと。 ちょっと休もうと喫茶店（古い？ｗ） を探してたら、開放感があって 綺麗なcaféを見つけたんで 入ってみたらラーメン屋だった というオチのコチラ( ´艸｀)

サイネージのmenuを見ると 「JINMEN」の文字。へぇ～ 人類みな麺類がCAFÉも 手掛けてたとはねぇ～ と思いつつレジに並んで お品書きを見るとちゃんと Café menuがあったので その中から気になった

・焼き野菜カレー ・トリュフ風味のきのこ クリームパスタ

をお願いしてみると… 渡された呼び出し機。

（えっ、ここセルフなんや😅）

イートインSPじゃないけど そのセルフの仕組みを取り入れて Staffさん達はAll厨房in されてました。

しばらくして呼び出され して、自ら席に配膳した二品。 先ずはパスタから❣

トリュフの風味はまぁまぁ 塩が勝ってる味わい。 ミンチ肉もかなり味濃いめです。

パスタの代わりに全粒粉入り ラーメン用麺が使われてるので まぁこのくらい味が濃い方が いいのかな⁉️

ただモチモチ食感はいいのですが 思いのほか乾きが早いので ゆっくり食べてるとsauceとの 絡みは楽しめないので要注意ね〜

そして次はカレーへ。 焼野菜は香ばしさと歯応えが しっかりと残っててGOOD👌

ルーの味わいも特別辛さもなく マイルディで皆が好きなtype♬

ですが、 ライスがべちゃッとしていて… 明らかにお水を入れすぎたかな。 勿体ない状態でした…

共に見た目はこぢんまりしてて それほどだと思ってたけど 意外にvolumeyなのは驚き😳 若者には受けそうです♡

食べ終わって周りを見ると 9割以上の皆さんが食べて るんだよ、ラーメンを💦

って事で、やっぱり本命の ラーメンを追加する事に いたします🙇

メニューを見ても11種もあるって スゲーな〜　マヂで❣️

そんな中チョイスしたのが デフォのWater Noodleの regular/7.9でございます。

この7.9って表現が最初は 理解できなかったんだよね😅 でもお隣に書かれたMini/5.0 っていうのを見たら

（コレ… 値段か？）

って、staffさんに聞くと そうでした😅

その表現もさることながら

『MINI＝少なくメニュー』

があるって良いよね🙆 女性には嬉しい設定だと 思われます。

そんなこんなで出来上がった ようなので自ら配膳口まで行くと…

ビールが入っててもおかしくない 陶器製の器で登場した麺。 自らの席に戻ってデッドで‼️

鰹がタップリ効いてると 記載されてますがそれより 貝系の雰囲気が出てる感じが より味わい深くてGOOD👌

あと口の甘さも相まって 何とも言えないイイ バランスです😋

いつもの丸断面全粒粉麺との マッチングも当然… ですね♬

味わいもそうなんですが 食べ進むにつれ強く感じたのが この器の効果❣️

『食べててもsoupが シャツ👔に飛べへんねーん‼️』

コレに尽きます😆

最初は、（ホンマこの型でエエの？） って思ってたけど食べ終わったら

（コレ、究極の器やん❗️ ノンリスクデッドやし〜‼️）

とひとりで悦に入る有り様🤣
