Cowboy Nippombashi — Restaurant in Osaka

Too much ごま sauce on the salad!!!! Made the whole meal waaaay too sweet and the sweetness overwhelmed the umami of the beef and the egg yoke!!!!

They seriously need to serve the sauce on the side as some people do NOT need that much dressing for their salad. The rice was swimming in ごま sauce half way into my meal.

Serve the damn salad...

初めて伺いましたが、料理も雰囲気も本当に素晴らしかったです。 私はスカートステーキのセット、妻は和牛のセットをいただきました。どちらも火加減が完璧で、驚くほど味が良く、感動しました。特にお肉の柔らかさと旨味が最高で、今まで食べた中でもトップクラスです。

店内のインテリアもとても可愛らしく、トイ・ストーリーのウッディが飾られているのが魅力的で、思わず写真を撮りたくなりました。落ち着いた空間で、居心地も良かったです。

美味しい料理と素敵な雰囲気の両方を楽しめる素晴らしいお店でした。ぜひまた来たいと思います！

It was my first time visiting, and both the food and the atmosphere were truly wonderful.

I had the skirt steak set, and my wife had the wagyu set. Both were cooked perfectly, the flavor was astonishingly good, and we were blown away. In particular, the tenderness and umami of the meat were incredible—easily among the best we’ve ever had.

The interior of the restaurant was also very cute, and the Toy Story Woody decoration was so charming that I couldn’t help wanting to take a photo. The space was calm and cozy, and we felt very comfortable.

The meat was just OK. Very salty, even for my kid who likes to add more salt said it was too salty. We ate the traditional sauce, while another tried the salty sauce which truly was salty. The meat was ok, one is suppose to have the higher level of wagyu, but it was just regular...
