I'll start by saying that the pancakes themselves are phenomenal. But it comes at a cost (not financial).
When you first get there, there will more than likely be a line. You have to get your ticket inside and start waiting. This is where the process gets a bit weird.
In most places with lines, they usually come outside and ask for your order so by the time you're seated, your food is ready to come out. Also in other places with a QR code receipt for waiting, you can usually see how long the wait will be. This place offers none of those. Instead, you take your ticket, wait to be called and pray. Pray that the number they called and didn't appear doesn't come back. Why? Because you can be #20 and they just called numbers 14-18, none of which were there in line. So now you think your wait time is only a couple more minutes. Wrong! #14 walks by 20-30 minutes later and because they had a ticket, they'll still sit them before you. I think a grace period is fine. But not 30 minutes later.
Then when you get inside, since you haven't placed the order, you have to scan a QR code to order and then the worst part, WAIT. From the time you order til the time you actually get your pancakes is another 20ish minutes.
As for the food itself, yes the pancakes are great, but I just can't justify a 2 hour process for these pancakes.
If your ticket number is within the next 3-5 numbers they'll call, sure, sit around and wait and it'll be worth it.
If your ticket number is 10+ groups ahead of you, then maybe find another spot, unless you don't mind wasting 2 hours.
The staff is great and very friendly, the prices are great (about ¥5500 for 2 orders and 2 drinks) and again, the pancakes themselves...
Read moreSAW THIS PLACE ON INTERNET AND GOOGLE - THE WORST EXPIERENCE EVER KEEP AWAY FROM THAT PLACE!!!! First, we had to wait in the line to even get to the restaurant - which is okay of you get what you expect. Next, we got a place on the first floor and ordered our food - nothing special just two pancakes ( one with strawberries and one with Fruits ) and some drinks. After that we waited for More than an HOUR and saw how everyone around us got their pancakes ( they had More complicated orders and came and ordered a long time after us ) Couple that was sitting next to us came about 30 minutes after us and ate their pancakes, icecream and even paid in the time we were still waiting. After asking what was Going on, we received free tea as an apology and assuranes that we would soon racice our meals. Once again for next 30 minutes nothing happened. Others were served-but not us. When we politely asked about our pancakes AGAIN, the waiter got suprised and assured us that we would get them in two minutes. After another few minutes, another waiter that there had been ANOTHER MISTAKE and that we had to wait another 20 minutes. After all of these meaningless promises we decided to leave and only pat for drinks because waiting over 1,5 hour for PANCAKES was too much. This was THE WORST expierence with a restaurant/cafe I’ve ever had- being constantly ignored despite apologies for the mistake and humiliated by being ignored once...

My husband and i visited on a Sunday morning; we got in line about 15 minutes after they opened, and luckily another group told us we had to retrieve a ticket to get in a virtual queue, as those that had been in line when the restaurant first open were inside being served. We waited slightly more than one hour before finally getting a table.
There are signs inside saying that the pancakes will take approximately 20 minutes to make, so expect to wait again lol. We ordered our drinks to come out before our food hoping the wait wouldn't seem so long, but it still did 🤣 we both got iced coffee, it wasn't anything special but was still decent.
When we finally got our pancakes, we were extremely pleased. I got the plain ones while my husband got matcha, and both were excellent. He liked the small cup of cremia ice cream that he got with his plate.
Overall, we were happy with our meal. We knew there would be a wait, so we weren't disappointed at the extended anticipation...
