Bad service, during our visit, especially the male cashier. He even gave us a stink eye lol. I think they just hate tourists in general.

They didn’t greet us when we entered while they greeted other locals, then we literally pointed out our order from the menu which the cashier confirmed and he still didn’t punch-out most of our order on purpose (besides a sandwich and our drinks) so we were basically waiting for nothing. Then we asked if they could heat up the sandwich to which he straight up said no.

If you’re craving familiarity with Western breakfast & decent enough coffee - then Dean & Deluca fulfils the expectation. Decently priced similar standard to other major cities. My double shot cappuccino (closest thing you will get to a flat white in Japan) was about ¥600 small size & a decent sized egg pickle croissant & mixed salad egg sandwich was about ¥700-750 each. Note that their breakfast menu finishes at 11am so no avocado / scrambled eggs toast after this time.
