We got there right when they opened today after being happy with the takeout box we got from them the previous night. There were only two of us, but they still directed us to a table which I thought was nice. We were there for less than an hour when the chef or boss came up to us and gave us our check basically telling us we had to pay and leave now.
It was weird to me because I would understand if there was some sort of time limit but there didn’t seem to be. More than that, there didn’t seem to be a time limit because they also rushed out a couple at the table In front of us at the same time even though they had arrived at least 20 minutes after we did. I understand if they want to use the table to seat larger groups, but why seat us at a table to begin with then if we didn’t request it? We had eaten a good amount so I wasn’t too unhappy but thought it was very rude and impolite especially to the couple who had only been there maybe 30-40 minutes.
We had also ordered karaage ~10 minutes before they kicked us out that never came. So I wonder if they did that on purpose and didn’t make it because they knew they’d be making us leave. I say this because we had ordered the fatty tuna from the touch pad when we first sat down and a man came over to tell us they were actually out of it which was perfectly fine and understandable. But later when he came to give us the check he didn’t say anything about it, but at least we weren’t charged for it.
I knew it was also out of the ordinary because on their “instructions” provided on the table, it said to ring the button at your table whenever you wanted the check, but he came over without us ringing it. I wish if they needed the tables or something they would have just sat us at the bar or been transparent that our food wasn’t gonna come or offered to move us to the bar as there were many many seats still available.
Overall the meal was very affordable and the fish was good for the price, definitely not the freshest but not terrible. The whole experience was dampened however by the inhospitable and rude behavior by the man who seemed to be running the place. Do...
Read moreI like the variety of food in this store, so I visited it several times. But today, I suffered from the impatient treatment of the waiter in the store. It seemed to be a new staff member, but she obviously felt that she was very impatient. She scolded me twice just because I didn't take down the food I ordered in time. Isn't it normal for diners to miss their food on the conveyor belt a second time because they didn't notice? Why accept criticism and criticism from shop assistants? After the complaint, she explained that she was a reminder, but I was not stupid, and the tone and manner were blaming me, causing me to be very angry. After complaining, the manager of this store and I apologized, but I don't want to apologize because of the employee's problem, and I hope that the staff of this store will not have such...
Read moreDining Guide: When you are settled, you'll notice a touchscreen in front of you. It has English, no worries, though the pictures say enough already. You'll basically add all the items you like to a "shopping cart", then "checkout" to send your order to the staff.
When your screen makes a sound, it'll flash your expected orders on the screen, meaning they're about to send those precise dishes to you. Your seat number will be used to label what dish is yours; don't just get anything from the conveyer belt. You can always make more orders on the screen following the same steps. Stack your plates to have more dining space. ITADAKIMASU! :)
Time to Leave: The staff will count your plates and give you an order slip. Bring the slip near the entrance/exit to...
