Our five-day stay at Takuto Hotel Shinsaibashi in July 2023 was an exceptional experience. Traveling as a group of five, we found the hotel perfectly suited our needs, especially with the convenience of adjoining rooms.

The amenities provided by the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The balconies were a beautiful touch, offering a serene spot to relax. The large beds ensured a comfortable night’s sleep, while the small kitchen area was incredibly useful for quick meals and snacks. The in-room facility to wash our clothes was an added bonus that greatly added to the comfort of our stay.

One of the highlights of Takuto Hotel Shinsaibashi was its location. Being in close proximity to a huge shopping mall was a dream come true for us. The hotel’s location, a mere three minutes away from a variety of excellent food places, vending machines, a large Book-Off, Daiso, and numerous other stores, made our stay both convenient and enjoyable.

The reception staff at the hotel deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. They were incredibly accommodating and respectful, always greeting us with a bow whenever we passed through the reception. This level of courtesy and attention to detail made us feel valued and respected as guests, adding to the warmth of our overall experience.

The convenience and quality of our stay have left a lasting impression. So much so, that I have already booked another stay for 2024. The anticipation of revisiting Takuto Hotel Shinsaibashi is a testament to the wonderful...

Booking hotels for a first-time city is daunting, and in this case I was most concerned with location and the size of the beds - we booked two kings beds to accommodate the four adults in our family. The beds were truly king sized, allaying our concern when we walked into the room. I was also happy to have the assistance of a Front Desk and not just an access code for the room. The front desk was useful, although proficient primarily in Japanese - they booked us a cab for our departure which was right on time.||The room, and especially the bathroom, were large. We used the kitchen stove, teapods, and refrigerator throughout our stay. The lobby also has a coffee / latte maker which was delicious. The beds were firm and very comfortable, and everything was quite clean. Our room was on the second floor, which made the steps more convenient than the elevator.||As good as the room was, the location might have been even better. The covered open-air street adjacent to the hotel offers excellent shopping and dining options, and connects to Shinsaibashi station, about a 10 min walk which we did without trouble with our roller bags upon arrival. Also walkable further to the south is Namba. The hotel is across the street from the W Hotel and Ferrari dealer, which speak to the...

First stop in Japan trip and this was a great hotel in Osaka! Walking distance from subway stops or buses. Room: it was actually really spacias for 2 people. There were technically only 2 beds but they had 2 twin beds put together as 1 bed. So im assuming they can accommodate 4 beds for people! Bathroom was nice and interesting to figure out lol but we now know a warm butt is better than a cold butt. There is a small kitchenette for those who decide to cook a little while there and a small balcony. Small washing machine for small load like undies, socks, tshirts, etc. I dont know if i would try jeans in there. There is not a dryer but the bathroom has a heater setting. I hung everything in the bathroom until morning with the heater on and they were dry. Service: easy check in process with front desk. They also have important information in english. Make sure to get pics on your phone of the door code and how to get in your room. There is no physical key or mobile key. Check out is at 10am which i did not care for but that was what i signed up for. Location: located right next to the shopping strip which was awesome! Just a few minutes walk to get some coffee or get some things from the store or grab dinner.
