New Sushi Center Harukiya Ura-Namba Branch — Restaurant in Osaka

Wow. $3.50 for toro. Salmon is nice and oily. Uni incredible. Understated and underrated is an understatement. I’m taking my kids here when it opens at 2pm in 2 days (world expo tomorrow so not possible then). Lovely.

Update: we came here 2 nights in a row— the second night with my 15 and 12yr old. They were likewise impressed. Amazing sushi and the price is incredibly reasonable.

While the fish might not be the absolute top tier in terms of luxury, it truly offers great value for its quality, far surpassing the average sushi experience. 天王寺の方にある系列？には何度かお邪魔しています。 たまたま難波で予定があり20:30ぐらいに仕事関係の人間と2人で来店しました。店前で5分ぐい待ちカウンターに案内されました。 最初はドリンクを頼み、食事などもオーダーしました。 お皿を下げてくれてたスタッフさんに追加オーダーいけますかと聞くと、聞こえてないのか、オーダーを聞く人間と調理やお皿を下げるスタッフさんが分けられてるのかスルー 2人で聞こえてないんかな！と言うと中にいる責任者？みたいな男のスタッフさんが喧嘩腰でなんか？みたいな態度でした。 注文お願いしたい事を伝えると女性のスタッフさんが困ったように出てきてオーダーを聞いてくれました。

働くスタッフさんの環境は最悪でしょうね。

料理など安くて美味しいんですが、接客も安いのかと感じるような対応で残念で仕方ありません。

天王寺の方のお店では全然そんな対応するスタッフさんはいませんでした。

こちらの店舗は絶対行かないしオススメしたのが恥ずかしくなりました。

Is there a series near Tennoji? I have visited you several times. I happened to have an appointment in Namba and came to the store at around 8:30 pm with a colleague from work. I waited for 5 minutes in front of the store and was guided to the counter. First, we ordered drinks and then some food. When I asked the staff member who was taking the plates down if I could order more, I was left wondering if he couldn't hear me or if there was a separate staff member who was taking orders and the staff who was cooking and putting down the plates. I wonder if the two of you can't hear me! Is that the person in charge inside? Is the male staff like that kind of quarrelsome? That was his attitude. When I told them that I would like to place an order, a female staff member came out looking confused and asked me for my order. The working environment for the staff is probably the worst. The food is cheap and delicious, but the customer service feels like it's cheap, which is a shame. At the store in Tennoji, there were no staff members who could provide such support. I never go to this store and I'm embarrassed to have...
