Rakukando Shimizu-machi — Restaurant in Osaka

The food are salty, the cold noodle is so hard to eat. They treat local guests warm tower but for guest speak English, they choose to ignore. Total we are 5 people, but they give us 4 table seats and when we would like to change table, they ask us, guests to get the cutlery and bowl by ourself. After telling the stuff, why others have got tower we don’t have, they say they don’t understand English and still not offering at all. I believe this restaurant has racial discrimination. 12370 for 4 people 1 kid, none of us satisfy with the meal. It is the worst dinner...

330 per person just for the spot with mandatory drink orders （380 minimum）. You’ll need 710 minimum per person to just get settled down in the restaurant. The food was okay, but the portions are small considering the price. Most importantly, the service was not so good. We were waiting in the restaurant for so long and people who came in later than us got served first. The waitress did not come in regularly to check out. The cold noodle soup was a pleasant surprise. The noodles have a great texture — perfectly suited for people like me who prefer them on the firmer side and pleasantly springy.
