Located in the bustling Namba area, this okonomiyaki restaurant offers a delightful dining experience without the overwhelming crowds often associated with popular eateries in the area. Boasting generous portions, their okonomiyaki and yakisoba dishes are standout offerings that leave patrons feeling satisfied, if not pleasantly stuffed.
The okonomiyaki and yakisoba are indeed highlights of the menu, with their flavors expertly balanced and their textures perfectly executed. Each bite is a harmonious blend of savory goodness, showcasing the skill and attention to detail of the chefs.
While the dishes themselves are excellent, one recommendation for enhancement would be to consider offering additional mayonnaise and sauce options. This would not only allow patrons to customize their dishes according to their preferences but also add an extra layer of flavor to elevate the overall dining experience.
Beyond the delectable fare, the ambiance of the restaurant contributes to its appeal. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxed, providing a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Namba's busy streets.
In summary, this okonomiyaki restaurant in Namba offers a satisfying culinary experience characterized by delicious food, ample portions, and a comfortable dining environment. Whether you're a local looking for a new favorite spot or a visitor eager to sample authentic Japanese cuisine, this establishment is certainly...
ย ย ย Read moreThis is the most unpleasant experience I have ever had!! We decided to have lunch at the store, as we saw there's a 4.3 rating. There's a queue upon arrival and decided to queue up. The first staff gave us a menu and asked us to wait a bit. After 10-15 mins, it was our turn to dine in, but an old lady came out and told us we could not go in the restaurant as our perfume was too strong. We were very confused as no one wore any perfume, but she insisted she could smell it and forbid us to go in. We can only leave and find another restaurant to have okonomiyaki. This experience made us feel furious, as there's no sign saying we cannot enter with perfume on. And the reason is way too unreasonable, it feels like she do not let us in because we are tourists. I do not feel being respected and almost feel being discriminated. Definitely not recommend you to visit if you...
ย ย ย Read moreStrongly recommend this tiny and friendly Okonomiyaki restaurant located at the entrance of Nankai-Namba dori.
Economical price and friendly service. Especially, Gristle and leek Okonomiyaki๏ผใใใญใ็๏ผwhich is listed at the top of left side in the first page. I have been to this shop some times and can say that any menu is very nice.
Only problem is that the inside is narrow and not suitable for more than four persons. The table is mainly for sole dinner and there is only 1 table for 4 persons.
This restaurant is very popular and especially at the weekend. I recommend to make a reservation in advance.
The payment is cash only.
P.S. When I went last time around 18:00 on Saturday in August, I could keep the seat without...
