I recently visited Starbucks Coffee - Namba Nankai-dori and had a pleasant experience. The location was convenient and easy to find, situated along Namba Nankai-dori.

I went in the morning a few times as they were located near my hotel. Staff were lovely, friendly and pleasant. Service was efficient. The extra hot cappuccino with oat milk I had each time was spot on. Creamy and silky. Very comforting on a few chilly days. Limited seats. I was lucky and managed to get one each time. More suited to small parties. There are loads of branches nearby in the area with more seating. Nice selection of drinks plus pastries, cakes and more. Reasonably clean but could be better. Starbucks outlet in Osaka. This outlet was just opposite Takashimaya, and above Namba station. The locations was great, visible from the road and along the main walking street. The service staff was excellent in terms of customer service. The missing star was due to the limited merchandise and the very limited seating space. Would be better if more seats were available. Too bad, there was no second level, therefore, it was tough looking for a seat.
