Next is the quality of the sushi. The uni sushi was a total disappointment. It lack the freshness and the bad taste linger in my taste bud.
I ordered 七福にぎり, when the cut came I had a shocked. Some of the cuts was so thinly sliced as though it didn’t exist. It was such great disappointment and letdown. This is a proper restaurant and not a conveyor belt sushi joint.
Then the two tables on our left and right, some of them ordered the same thing as us. The cut was totally different. It was a proper portion and cut which I felt short-changed to be honest.
As a regular traveler, I can’t seem to comprehend what has happened at this restaurant. If given a chance, I will not step...
