We had our anniversary dinner at this restaurant. My wife was recovering from a sickness so she couldn’t eat her food. To not let it go to waste, I ate most of her food. We explained to the chef that she couldn’t eat but we didn’t want to cancel and I assume he didn’t like that I was eating some of her food for her. I asked him if he could just put our lobster on one plate because she couldn’t eat and instead he put it on two plates and then took one away without even serving it.
At the end I asked if they could put the dessert into a box so that at least my wife could enjoy a little of her anniversary meal in the room later. When they found that we were staying at the Westin, they refused to do this small favor that would have meant so much. It wasn’t that they couldn’t do it, the chef said that they would only do it if we were staying at their hotel.
They didn’t even bring out the dessert. I guess one of the employees got to enjoy our lobster that was cooked and not served and the dessert that was ordered with a special message for our Valentine’s Day anniversary.
It is bad enough that they couldn’t accommodate a small request to allow my wife to get a little joy out of her dinner, but they chose not to even serve the whole meal to her.
We ordered a cake from an outside bakery, the chef initially said we couldn’t even take that despite the server agreeing to at least take the cake that was delivered to them in a box. I had to walk out to speak with the host before the chef came and agreed to allow us to take it. Then they acted like they were doing some great favor to us.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anybody. I really wish we would have just canceled, the attitude ruined...

贔屓にしている鉄板焼レストランの前回訪問時の印象が悪かったため、色んな鉄板焼レストランを検索、比較検討した結果、今回は此方を利用することに決めました。 記念日利用で事前に一休レストランから予約しての訪問です。
お店は、パレスホテル東京4Fの日本料理「和田倉」さんの入口から入る感じです。左手に、鉄板焼きの「濠」の他、カウンター天麩羅の「巽」さんがあるようです。
8席のカウンター席の左端に案内されました。 席間はやや狭めに感じます。
