Brasserie St Bernardus — Restaurant in Tokyo

We arrived around 6:45pm on a Friday evening. We didn't have a reservation so we understand why we were seated outside as other tables might have been for reserved guests. But after ordering our drinks and food, they rushed us to pay for our food and drinks. When it was 7:30 they already asked us for our last order. By 7:40 they were asking us to settle the bill, we left at 7:43. When I asked the waitress why we were being rushed she said that most places usually have 90min of service, but theirs unfortunately, weren't like that without much of any other explanation. Considering that we were paying customers, I would of liked to receive a little better hospitality.

The restaurant wasn't overly crowded but other guest who arrived without reservation were also turned away, so we were really confused. If this is a reservation only restaurant, they need to be clear about that. The staff were not super rude, but the rushing made us feel like we weren't welcomed at all.

We ordered 4 different beers, really great quality Belgium beers and fried potatoes which were really good too. Good size at a good price. They had good food and great beer but we really couldn't relax to actually enjoy it with them hassling us to leave.

【利用時間と店舗】 今回は平日の13時から予約し、飲食です。 店内に入ると、２割の入り。 その店内はアメリカンでカジュアルで洒落てます。 座席はテーブル席のみだったかなぁー。

◆ ベルギービール含む5種2時間飲み放題　忘年会満足コース／6000円／税込 ▪︎飲み放題 クラフトビール５種類、ワイン、ハイボールなどです。 今回はクラフトビールのみ飲みました。 スタッフさんから、オススメの飲み方を聞き、定番ビールを飲み、他のビールを飲むと味比べできるとのことで、モルツからスタート。 ▪︎ザ・モルツ 定番のビール サントリーモルツです。 苦味があるビールです。

▪︎シャークバイト アメリカ産のクラフトビールです。 口に含むと、甘い果実。 んんー、フルーティーで飲みやすいです。

▪︎デイライト 口に含むと、軽くて柑橘系の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります。

▪︎トウキョウベイコーストIPA 東京のクラフトビールです。 口に含むと、苦味の中に柑橘系のフルーティーさがあるビールです。

▪︎バティストホワイト アメリカのビールです。 黄金色のホワイトビール。 口に含むと、グレープフルーツのような酸味はあるが、柑橘系が強く飲みやすいビールです。

※クラスは小さいため、各種飲み、シャークバイト→トウキョウベイコースト→シャークバイト✖️２を飲み、時間切れです。

んんー、満足度高いクラフトの飲み比べです。

▪︎雲丹プリン 玉子プランの上に雲丹。 クリーミーで美味しいです。

▪︎鰹のカルパッチョ サラダ風です。 臭みなく美味しいです。

▪︎白身魚のアクアパッツァ ニンニク風味。 鯛の臭みなく、身はふっくら食感。 そしてムール貝や浅利の旨みが出た汁は程よい塩気（エンミ）でいい感じです。

▪︎ポテトフライ ベルギー産です。 ふっくらポテト。 美味い。

▪︎海老とマッシュルームのアヒージョ 熱々です。 海老の旨みとマッシュルームが仲良しです。

▪︎パスタ 懐かしい系。 トマトたっぷりのミートソースにもちもちの太麺。 なんだか、ホッとする味で、懐かしさがあり、とても美味しいです。

▪︎パンケーキ カリッと、ふわっ。 チョコソースとクリームたっぷりで甘党には最高の〆です。

【スタッフ】 笑顔で元気よく、丁寧な接客です。

【最後に】 クラフトビールが飲めるお店を探したところ、ここが気になり、昼呑みで利用です。 秋の空。 お日様がサンサンと輝いた時間から吞むクラフトビールは幸せの一言。 このクラフトビールに合う料理はお洒落だし、美味しいです。 また、店内も洒落ているため、女子会、ママ友会、男だけのガッツリ飲み。 なんでも合います。 あー、ビールは美味しい。 ご馳走様でした^...
