🥞✨ Day Outing Delight at BREIZH Café Crêperie – Shinjuku’s Sweetest Surprise! 🇯🇵💛 Visited for the first time with my Japanese colleagues during lunch — and it turned out to be an unforgettable café experience!
Located on the 13th floor of Takashimaya Times Square, this cozy crêperie offers an unbeatable view, warm ambiance, and absolutely divine crêpes & galettes.
The butter caramel crêpe was a showstopper — sweet, rich, and perfectly textured. The savory galette with cheese and ham was equally satisfying and authentic.

Read moreThe food is always nice, but the quality of customer service is getting worse. I still remember when I was happy that another franchise opened here after the customer service deteriorated in Kagurazaka. Clearly, the negative mood in the company culture leads to poor customer service, as it has affected this franchise as well.
I ordered a crepe, and it did not look like what I had previously received. I asked the waitress why this was the case, and she simply said, "That's just the way it is." I mentioned that I had ordered the same crepe before in Kagurazaka, where it looked different, and she replied, "That’s another store." However, this is a franchise with only four locations—it’s not an entirely different business. I then asked her to change my order since it was not what I wanted. Instead of assisting me, she came back again to insist that I had to accept the dish, speaking in extremely rude and broken Japanese.
Luckily, another staff member noticed me and was able to change my order after I showed him a picture of the dish I had received before.
Clearly, the situation was noticed by their management, as I could hear the waitress complaining all the way to my table. However, the manager never came to apologize or acknowledge the issue.
As others have mentioned in their reviews, this kind of service really ruins the experience, which is a shame given how delicious...
Read moreIt's one of those western type places that Japanese people line up to eat for a date or a "fancy" meal with the family. It's a nice place to eat, but I would NOT recommend it for people traveling to Japan.
We're talking about a $25/person for food you can buy at any breakfast diner in the US. It's on the upper dining floor over at Takashimaya Timesquare building. If you come at a good time, you'll get seating outside. You can take a walk around to get a nice view of Shinjuku afterwards too. Come to think of it, it's really a good place to get to know someone. Nice view, nice seating, and a nice walk afterwards.
If you're traveling, you'll find way better food and experience for $10-15 especially in Shinjuku.
The coffee and juice they offered were around $7-9, but they were just mediocre. You can buy better latte elsewhere. Other was just a bottled juice from France for $7-9. That's like a big bottle of Naked Juice. Not worth it. Don't order...
