The staff is very friendly and the food came relatively fast. A breakfast from this cafe was included in my hotel. You could choose from menu A B or C. For B you get a small bread roll with filling or sandwich and a drink (tea, coffee hot/cold) and that is it. It would cost around 480 Yen without the breakfast voucher, so it is quite okay. The taste was alright, but nothing exceptional.

Edit: Menu C was also good. The staff is still friendly. See picture.

Edit2: Menu A, the tuna sandwich, was the best so far. The staff has yet to be unfriendly.
