DINING & BAR LAVAROCK — Restaurant in Tokyo

We (party of 5)start with the good food. Cincinnati Chili pasta 4/5 Fish and chips-tasty but very few fries Pizza - hmmm but ok Service friendly but incompetent Ordering- absolute chaos We ordered Cincinnati pasta a second time 3 minutes before 9 o’clock…ordering never appear, because the kitchen got it (online) 2 minutes later…so no more food -we argued a lot, because there was one order missing…one more hungry guy. Nevertheless it was on the bill !!!! As well on the bill: half a handful of crisps we didn’t order - JPY 990,-

The boss never showed up. All in all…bad experience-they should change a little bit.

Breakfast buffet is lavish and good variety with decent taste. The arrangement could be better. Bread toasting can get better. Though like the table order for live counter items, feels rushed and service could have been better. Lunch is decent as well and they have good combo options. The dinner we had especially sandwich was poorly done, burnt and not served hot. Even after pointing that out, without an apology was served the same with unnoticeable changes. At times the staff looked confused and hurried, unlike restaurants in Japan known for...

I love this restaurant and their breakfast buffet. It was very delicious and had a huge number of options to choose from. A large majority of the items were custom made to order. I loved the large coffee and tea selection along with the fantastic food. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure everyone had a delightful meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be dining here every-time I am in Tokyo. Thanks again for the great food and service. It made my vacation extra nice...
