Feels like a hidden gem, found in a basement. The entry looked gorgeous and upon entering found this beautiful place. Very cute and romantic. Smells great due to all the (real) flowers they have around. Great service, informed us about an extra starter fee of 500 yen for either an apetizer or flower to take with. In our opinion the fee makes sense for how unique it is with the artwork on display and the extra effort put into everything.
The projection art can be a little weird and funny at times (I myself am an animator and giggled upon seeing these animations). Most are beautifull and calm, some are a little silly. Not always the best animations, but nice nonetheless.
The food was a little on the higher price range, so when they arrived at the table they seemed a little small. Upon finishing our food however it was very much so worth it as it tasted amazing and we are plenty full.
We were the first to enter at around 18:15. After that about 4 other couples joined the restaurant within our 1.5 hours of eating. Not many people around and honestly liked it that way. It was nice and quiet with...
Read moreFirst, we waited 45 minutes to be able to sit (we booked a table), with the staff barely apologising and not giving a proper explanation for the situation (10 people were waiting for a table in a small and uncomfortable space). Then the food (a salad) took 20 minutes to arrive, the plate was hot for a ... room temperature dish. Then, the server mistook multiple times the order he was supposed to give. After that, the main dish came, the meat, and it was... cold. They served a second one, and it was one of the hardest meat I ever had. Then we were supposed to have mushroom pasta. Instead, we got gorgonzola Gnocchis (with the server announcing "mushroom pasta"). After that it was already the time of the last train (already 2h30 since we arrived, as you wait very long for every dish)!! So we had to leave... without being able to eat desert....
Lastly I would like to add that some of the plates and glasses were very... not clean.
Do not go, not worth it at all!! Moreover, it was Christmas...
Read moreWhat a beautiful unique restaurant! The menu is easily readable. Different drink options! Also being able to do a review to receive a drink for free! There’s a 500 yen sitting fee- you can choose baguettes bread as an appetizer or a flower to take home. Prices are reasonable. The food portions are the usual Japanese size. Wagyu beef melted in my mouth! You could cut it with a butter knife it was that tender! Salad was big and beautiful, just like it shows in the picture. I would pass on the broccoli and shrimp next time. The garlic bread- soooo good! Must get! Watching the visuals change was very nice. The ambiance is relaxing and perfectly fit for the light display. The place is very clean too. The only thing they should add is a scent inside the location. It looks like a garden it would be nice if it smelled like one.
Def would...
