Fairly extensive range of spirits. The bottom shelf alcohols and the midshelf alcohols have found themselves in reverse placing. Old Crow and Four Roses should not be on that shelf. Atmosphere is a bit cold, and minimal seating. No shochu nor menu; one highball + service charge was 1800 yen. I'm not surprised that on a Friday at 10pm there were no customers.

This place is exactly what I had in mind when I visited Japan. The atmosphere is extremely welcoming and warm, the owner is kind and makes a damn good cocktail, and the place is honestly beautiful. Couldn’t recommend this bar enough :)

Biggest rip off i ever had in my life. I took a Martini and my Friend a Pina Colada. (Because of course there is no menu) and he told us it was respectively 800 yen and 1000 yen (18€ in total more or less). The Martini was good in a really small glass though, in the other hand the Pina Colada was terrible. Glass completly full of crushed ice and made with Malibu coco (no Rhum no pineapple). And what a surprise on the check, the bartender charged us 10€ more per person (the fix service fee). The atmosphere of the bar was ok but 2 cocktails for 38€, almost nothing to drink and one disgusting. Avoid this place if you are not...

They say there are no good bars in Asakusa. They haven't found this one yet, thank goodness. Dark, sophisticated and peaceful, it seats 8 at the bar and a further five or so at a low table. No menu, but the Master and his apprentice can mix you up anything. If there was a Zen of mixing drinks, Fos would be its temple. It also has a dazzling array of single malts. Wonderful for drinking alone and as a couple, but if you are a reversed baseball cap wearing gaijin please stay away. It...

I absolutely loved FOS. No menu but the bartender was very happy to make any requested cocktails or a cocktail fitting any description given (“sweet” was my request and I had many delicious, different cocktails from that). Small bar with quiet music playing, shoes off at the door - was the perfect vibe for us. Very reasonably priced when comparing to the price of cocktails in Australia. Would...
