This restaurant truly deserves its place among Japan's top 100 steakhouses. From the exceptional food quality to the high-end, professional service, everything is top-notch. The attention to detail is remarkable—from helping with your coat to the subtle gestures like topping up your water and bread and checking if the dish is to your liking. Every aspect is impeccable.

An outstanding tasting menu featuring top-quality a5+ Kobe beef, where you can personally select different cuts or opt for a mix if dining with a group. The cooking temperature control of how the steak cooked is executed to perfection, and the charcoal-grilled steak is absolutely phenomenal, an incredible dining experience.

The service is impeccable as well—both the servers and the manager are incredibly attentive, patiently explaining each ingredient in detail. The chef even takes the time to share insights into the cooking process, adding a personal touch to the meal. I believe this restaurant meets at least a Michelin one-star standard. This restaurant blows the scale. Compared to everything else rated 5 stars on Google this is more of a 7, and probably the best meal of my life (also considering other one, two and three Michelin star restaurants). Everything was perfect: the ambience, the six-seat chef’s table setting (to marvel at the two masterful chefs at work), the impeccable service (immediate bread and water refilling) and the fact that every single one of the seven courses - from appetizers to the Kobe beef to dessert - were exceptionally delicious. We ate it all as slow as we possibly could. The fine ingredients serves to further justify the price tag and included sea urchin, beluga caviar, abalone, generous amounts of fresh truffle and of course the exquisite Kobe beef itself.

This is one of the few high end steak places in Tokyo that was able to accommodate my partner's gluten intolerance (he is celiac). The chef really went out of his way to make him a autism pasta and pancake in lieu of the bread I got. The steak was fantastic and it was a lot of fun to sit at the counter and watch everything being prepared. The wine selection was also top notch and the staff were very helpful. My only criticism is that the seafood starter was rather large and filled me up...
