2 male staff I met was rude and unprofessional.
Once I arrived, one at the counter looking at me standing in front of the bar without telling me or show a signal letting me know who should I talk to or where should I wait till one available to welcome. He just looking at me many times seem confused why I came.
After standing for a while, another one come to tell me that all the table was fully reserverd, so I tried to make a reservation for following days. Time slots I wanted were already full and I needed to discuss with my friends to find available times in our travel plan while the staff always rushing me to make a decision. Ridiculously, after I tried many times and all my wanted time slots were all taken I asked him for help letting me know other available time slots, but he just asked me back "What time do you want?" with annoyed facial expression. I also wanted to tell him as well that what's he doing right now was really really really annoying and not helpful at all. Finally I could make a reservation, but decided to cancel it later since the mood was already ruied.

Read moreAlready knowing the place and having appreciated the menu, I came for a drink in the evening about 3 weeks ago. 3 men were working that evening, 2 looked young, the third was the manager whom I already knew from my previous experience at the bar and who had welcomed me very well this time as the previous one when he was alone. What a shock it was to find out how this person behaves with a team. The 2 young people were doing their best and were very pleasant but the experience was totally ruined by this third person who believes himself to be superior to everything, extremely condescending with his own staff, making it clear to them that they are annoying rather than teaching them the craft. Should I remind you that you started from zero too? Treating customers like royalty but your own staff like dogs is a bad way to run a business. Be a patient manager, not a bully and lift your staff up instead of crushing them with your superior words and attitude. I watched this for over an hour and it was a heartbreaking sight. Read moreDrinks are creative and delicious. However, I believe that delicious drinks are not enough for a great bar experience, it must be coupled with great service for you to have a great time. Unfortunately, this bar lacks the service part. I have been to other places with similar price points with cocktails just as delicious and much better service, so my experience at mixology salon didn't live up to my expectations.
The guy in the middle, which seemed like the main bartender was lovely. However, the bartender that was mainly serving us had arrogant vibes, didn't seem happy to be there and was pushy. It was as if he was watching us sip our drinks and as soon as we finished the last sip, he only gave a few seconds before asking if we wanted another drink. I understand that it's a small and busy bar, but we also pay a cover charge and I don't think we were overly slow drinkers. If you're a fast drinker and you're by yourself with no one to chat to, then maybe you can enjoy this place more.
