Ramen Kamo to Negi — Restaurant in Tokyo

Was always in awe of their double queue lines outside their Ueno outlet 👫👫👫👫👫& boy was I delighted to chance upon their new Shinjuku branch while checking out the food options at EatoLumine! ✨🦆😍🍜

Decided to have an early dinner (a very wise decision) and queued around 10 minutes before getting to order from the ticket machine (opted for their 1380yen -Top set) & waited for another 5 minutes before getting a seat at their open concept 14-seater counter.

My order was swiftly served. The clear soup was rich & flavorful with light taste of soy sauce & the slightly smoked duck meat (sooo yummy) slices were soft & tender. Absolutely delicious! 😋🦆🍜❤️

Everything (negi, wanton, onsen egg) blends very well together & I can see why Ramen Kamo to Negi is soooo popular ✨🦆✨

Tried a bit of their Yuzu paste (from the cutsey yuzu container) & it added a nice yuzu tangy taste to the duck meat ✨😋🍋✨

Ramen Kamo to Negi is now my new fav ramen & I can't wait to try it again when I am next back to...

This place is worth getting lost for. Read some of the other reviews about how to find it and then when you get there, I promise it’s worth the wait. But I do recommend trying to get there either when they open or an atypical hour. They are very efficient so you won’t wait too long.

You order on a computer and can change the language. As people clear out the staff will direct you to your seat.

Not to be dramatic but this ramen has changed ramen for me. The depth of flavor and the overall quality was amazing. We went twice because we loved it so much. We did try duck ramen somewhere else and it was just not the same. I’m going to have to look for duck ramen when I go home but I just know it will not even be close to how great...
