My boyfriend and I randomly came across this place and decided to give it a go. When we entered via escalator (9th floor) we were seated at the window, we were the only guests and nobody else passed by during our time there which made the whole atmosphere a little awkward. The service was good and the staff friendly. We were given an appetizer which we didn’t ask for and initially thought “how nice” a turns out we had to pay for it in the end. We then were planning on sharing a meal and had a main course each - however they brought my partner’s meal twice (intentionally or not - I don’t know) and charged us twice accordingly. As he picked the beef filet, the overall experience ended up being significantly more expensive than planned. The food was good though and we were happy with the quality. Overall, however, we felt a bit scammed and left the place with a strange feeling. We wouldn’t come back and unfortunately wouldn’t recommend it either.

She understood that we were not quite hungry yet, and was able to seat our family to the grill for the Teppanyaki, hours after explaining that we shall return after digesting our late lunch. She catered us to our every need, warming up sake, held excellent conversation, and explained how the preparation of food shall appear. She even charged my battery pack, when my phone was nearly dead. After we left, she noticed that I left the battery pack behind and was willing to bring the battery pack to the train station. I would highly recommend this restaurant, as well as believe she and all the staff deserve a raise.

Moreover that the lady that reccommend our menu speaks fluent english. And she even make our night joy with her service mind. After the meal, I am almost enter the subway gate. Server (in the picture) chase after us to give me back the good that I bought for my mom. He looks so tired. I am sooo appreciate and really sorry for him at the same time. But this also make me love their service even more. This place really made my trip fullfilled! *sorry for my broken english*

I love every dishes of this place. Especially who want to try high quality beef for your dinner. I can guarantee that this place will not dissappoint you! Moreover that the lady that reccommend our menu speaks fluent english. And she even make our night joy with her service mind. After the meal, I am almost enter the subway gate.
