After our visit to the Samurai Ninja Museum, we stumbled upon this restaurant and after three weeks of Japanese food, decided to give good old European food a try. We had a large pizza and spaghetti with truffle. The pizza lacked the crunchiness you would expect after seeing the pictures and was way too watery which made eating rather difficult. And Italian pizza without a tomato sauce is not a pizza, though the menu mentioned this after rechecking, so our mistake. The spaghetti were good but for some reason featured chilli pepper which made some bites rather spicy. The 330 Yen service fee per person is just ridiculous keeping in mind, that the menu with a glass of wine and a citrus juice goes for over 8000 Yen. Not to mention the cashier lady seems to have had a rather bad day, the remaining staff was very nice. Would not visit again.

Before you think I'm just another stupid American seeking non-Asian cuisine, we went in here for a couple reasons. 1 - it's a great place to watch people stroll the Asakusa shopping area. 2 - It's crazy to us that there are so many Italian places in Japan, and we wanted to see what one was like. Verdict: very good. We ordered Marcherita pizza, a medium. It was easily enough for two. The "salad bar" and pastas (if you get the buffet) is plentiful and fresh. Nice assortment of beverages and deserts. The pizza itself was almost as good as Lombardi's in NYC, though a little on the oily side for our taste. You can do a whole meal buffet style or order from the menu. Prices are very reasonable.

Worst place i have visited on my vacation i Tokyo so far!! We got a nice table and there was not to manny people there. At first it looked good and cozy. I ordered some chicken that tasted good and i got a lot of it to a low prize. But my girlfriend ordered greek salad and got tomato with a verry little sald and mozarella. This is the worst greek salad i have seen to a high price!! Even my shotty local store at home makes better greek salad!! Then when we go to pay, we suddenly have to pay for some sticks the waitress put on our table that she did not say we had to pay for and that we did not order!! Tried to argue, but did not come far! This is tourism scam!! Never going back for this!

Very casual but clean and neat little spot in its pocket in the hundreds of restaurants in Asakusa. As per the Japanese cultural concept of altering food on the menu for a customer being uncommon, unfortunately, what you see is what you get, so if you are a picky eater, I would advise against eating here (either that or be prepared to take off whatever you don't want yourself when the food comes). The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly and will try to commnicate as best they can with English speakers. The food itself is pretty decent. A coworker I went with liked the salad she got, whereas I merely enjoyed the margherita pizza as there were no toppings on the table (additional parmesan or crushed red pepper), but just silverware (I initially tried getting a pepperoni pizza, but settled for just cheese when they couldn't do my request). The service is quite timely and food comes out to you in a swift manner. The pricing is just a bit expensive for my standards and the size pizza I got, but for the Tokyo pricing, I'm sure it falls into a pricing bracket you would expect. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area and want to just pop in for a quick bite, although longer meals I'm sure are just...

Worst restaurant we have ever been!!! Staff made no effort in communicating with customers in other language. Yes we arrived late but they accepted our sit down order without notifying us they were closing. Forced us to pay the bill before we finished eating and in the middle of our meal, they suddenly came out and said restaurant closed. No take away option and cannot continue eating?!?!?! We ended up scoffing down all our food within couple minutes. On top of that, they slapped on a service charge per person without any sign anywhere that we could see, or it was for the bread sticks they gave us that we didn't order at the beginning. Either way, we just got charged extra for no reason! Food was overpriced as well, ¥3500 for a large pizza but more like a medium only. Taste was ok. Overall service was horrible which made our meal not...

The food at this restaurant is genuinely good—flavorful and well-prepared, making it worth the visit for the taste alone. However, the experience with the staff left much to be desired. While they were nice enough, their level of attentiveness and respectfulness could use improvement.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, but what arrived at our table was a plain tomato pizza. When we pointed out the mistake, they took it back but returned with the same pizza with slices of pepperoni added on top—uncooked. We asked them to fix it again, and although they took it back, the pepperoni still came out uncooked. This really impacted the dining experience.

If the staff could address these issues and improve their attention to detail, this restaurant could easily become a favorite. For now, while the food is great, the service leaves something...
