Udon is a simple noodle, but it has many styles changing soup and adding Tenpura. You can enjoy it easily here.

🍴Order First you tell the staff what udon style you want, hot or cold, separate soup or with soup? Then you pick up tempura and onigiri, if you want. Lastly, you pay your meal cost. If you get Kake or Oroshi shoyu Udon, you'll receive only udon noodles first. Pour the soup for Kake over noodles at the next checkout counter. Use Dashi shoyu, a kind of soy sauce, on the table for Oroshi shoyu. 💸Payment There is the staff at the end of the counter. You pay your price to the staff, after you pick your meal. Cash,IC card 🪑Seat counter and table(4 or 2 people) 🍜Udon noodle type Sanuki style. But this is not firmer than other Sanuki udon shops. 🙆Complimentary chopped green onion, ginger, agedama 🍺No beer here!!

Fresh udon for breakfast! Low prices! Located near exit 4.

Open earlier than other restaurants. We had to choose the basic items from the numbered menu and we can choose the size. Medium was plenty. Then grab a tray and they will serve you the food (you will add your soup yourself after paying). Use the tongs and slide your tray down the line and grab the crunchy tempura of your choice! The cashier will calculate the cost at the end. You will see a place to put your udon and add the soup yourself. You can add condiments such as fresh leeks and ginger behind you.

Unlimited cold water and tea.

Don't forget you need to return the tray and clean the table with the little blue cloth yourself...

Finally I found a nice udon noodle restaurant. Very decent prices and the variation is big. You can choose from a list with different toppings and different sizes of portions, depends how hungry you are. You pick a dish, choose the portion size, get your own side dishes from the rack, pay and than you can add the amount of broth by tapping your own bowl. I like the concept. It's quick and you have the full control over your own meal. I went for the beef udon (牛肉うどん) middle size portion for ¥640 and a side dish. I wasn't hungry anymore so...
