My second time trying out Sushiro on my Japan trip!! We went there at 12:30 which is lunch rush, but we only waited 10 minutes to be seated which is quite fast.

They have no time limit on seating as well so you can take your time eating here while waiting for your departure time.

We ordered and ate a lot!! amy favourite was the raw shrimp (nama ebi) which is super sweet amd not fishy at all!! I also like cured mackarel, kanimiso with crab, and the yellowtail. The weekday half size rice really helps when you want to taste everything :) My other reccomendations is the deep fried octopus!! They used flavoured batter which makes it super flavourful and crispy but juicy inside with a crunchy texture. I recommend to enjoy it with ponzu sauce which you can order for free from the tab.

My only complaint is the uni seems to be lacking this time, it tasted fishy and bitter in both stores that i went to :(( (Sushiro Akiba and...

If you’re looking for an affordable place with a wide variety of sushi to try, this restaurant is highly recommended.

From nigiri, gunkan rolls, desserts, and even ramen—there’s a lot to enjoy.

For those who don’t eat raw fish, they also offer broiled options. And if you’re not into seafood, they have pork and chicken sushi as well. One of their tastiest items is the grilled chicken with cheese—definitely worth trying!

They also serve desserts like ice cream, crème brûlée, warabi mochi, and candied sweet potatoes, plus some limited edition sweets depending on the season.

As for this specific location, I recommend making a reservation through their app if you plan to dine here—so you won’t have to wait too long.

If you’re okay with walking in and waiting, that’s fine too, but for a quicker experience, I suggest getting a ticket for counter seating, as the wait time for regular tables can...

Its a very convenient stop for food but you might have to wait.

We made a reservation online to get a table. E.t.a was 35min but we waited for closer to 1hr. They also called our number once only to tell us to wait longer because it wasnt our turn. That didnt feel to great.

The food however, was really good. Conveyorbelt sushi is not bad and they made it really well. Quite affordable aswell.

The atmosphere was not great though. It was jam packed in there. On top of that the tables were small and the chairs werent great. Its not a comfortable sit down and more a get in and eat so you can get out spot.

If youre alone or 2 people and you make a reservation its quite good value. If youre more than that it could be problematic. And if youre short on time...

Well, 2 starts doesnt mean it's bad, just.... like what you see in the picture, there are something missing. I tried Sushiro in HK, Taiwan and some countries that I forgot already. They are all giving me a feeling - "fast food". There sushi is not bad but just.... not impressive. When finished, I was full, but I didn't feel I had sushi, or, I didn't remember the taste at all. Shushi itself is actually decent but each dish of sushi have something, some too warm, some too thin, some rice are not well made etc etc.. Pricewise is not cheap when you pay the bill. I would only recommen this to young ppl or if you are super hungry and just want to fill up your stomach. If you want to enjoy sushi, I would go somewhere else.
