We went to this restaurant to experience omakase, a typical Japanese dinner in which the chef is the one who proposes the dishes on the menu. It was our first time and I think we couldn't have chosen a better restaurant, all the dishes, from starters to nigiri were of incredible quality and goodness, all executed by the Chef who with his over 20 years of experience allowed us to fully appreciate the dinner. As if that wasn't enough, the hospitality was also wonderful, it was nice to be able to talk to the chef and the waiter about our trip to Japan and despite the language barrier we were able to chat and they made us feel welcome.

オープンから2年で食べログ百名店に選ばれた鮨浩也の味を立食いスタイルで一貫から楽しめるお店。 場所は都営浅草線大門駅A4出口から徒歩1分と好立地。 店内は緑の壁紙に綺麗な盆栽や立派な包丁が置いてあり清潔感あふれた和の空間を楽しめる。
注文はQRコードで今風のスタイル。価格も明確で大将に直接注文しずらいと思っている方には良いではないでしょうか。
コースは3000円〜と都内ではかなりリーズナブルに楽しむことができ今回は一番人気のおまかせコース(5,500円)を選択。 こだわった一品料理、巻物、漬け、炙りとしっかりとネタを楽しむことができコクのある赤酢のシャリも最高でした。
大将も気さくでお値段以上のお鮨屋さんでした。 大門に来たらまたフラッと寄りたい。

Standing Sushi Hiroya
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of Sushi Hiroya, which was selected as one of Tabelog's 100 Famous Restaurants two years after opening, in a stand-up style. The location is conveniently located, a 1-minute walk from Exit A4 of Daimon Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. The interior of the store has green wallpaper, beautiful bonsai, and fine knives, creating a clean, Japanese atmosphere.
Order in a modern style using a QR code. The price is also clear, which is good for those who don't feel comfortable ordering directly from the general.
Courses start from 3,000 yen, which is quite reasonable in Tokyo, and this time we chose the most popular omakase course (5,500 yen). I was able to fully enjoy the carefully selected a la carte dishes, rolls, pickles, and grilled ingredients, and the rich red vinegar sushi was also great.
The owner was friendly and the sushi restaurant was more than affordable. When I come to Daimon, I want to stop by again.
