Starbucks Coffee - Shinjuku Nishiguchi — Restaurant in Tokyo

I went to this shop to buy a tumbler today. The lady worker in cashier acted very arrogant to me. Looks she is the supervisor in that store as she used a different clothes compare to the other staff.

I said in english that i would like to buy a starbucks card, and used it to pay the tumbler accordingly. She ignored what i said and keep billed me for buying tumbler only. Later on she understood what i said to her before (finally she want to hear!!) and need to cancell the earlier tumbler transaction. When i asked for the cancellation receipt, she pushed all those papers to me without said anything, crystal clear she didn't happy serving me .
